With this site now being at its own server using Tom Hulce's name, it is important to begin by saying that this is not an Official Tom Hulce Website. It has been designed for the purpose of entertainment and to provide, in one location, as much verified information on Mr. Hulce as is available. And while Mr. Hulce is aware of the site and has expressed no objection to it, he has not personally contributed to any of its content.

This site contains a variety of items. Photos, articles, reviews, interviews, sound bytes, video jackets, story synopsis, and outside links, along with the graphics that are the *art* of the site.

It is not my intention to pass any item off as mine that is not mine. Whenever the copyright holder, writer, photographer, film studio or outside webmaster is known, full credit is given to them. If anyone is not credited, I assure you, it is not intentional and I welcome any missing information so that no one is slighted or overlooked. In the event that a copyright has been violated, please contact me (if you are the copyright holder) to let me know how you want it handled.

I am, however, the sole designer of this site. All graphics are of my own design and I hold the rights to them. This, of course, is excluding any icons that are for outside links i.e.: an icon that belongs to a company that is linked from this site. I am, unless otherwise noted, also the sole writer of all content on this site, i.e.: film and TV synopsis. I also hold the rights to my written words.

Because either I hold the rights to items found here or others do, it is strongly stressed that NOTHING FROM THIS SITE MAY BE USED WITHOUT CONTACTING ME FIRST. I do not, by displaying any information on this site, express Free Domain on any item here.
